Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota Douglas Beinborn is the Coordinator of the Heart Rhythm Services at the prestigious Mayo Medical Center. In addition, he is a frequent contributor to EP Lab Digest. Anne M. Gillis, MD University of Calgary, Calgary, Alberta, Canada Dr. Gillis has been on the editorial board for EP Lab Digest since September 2001. She is the author of many scientific papers including those in EP Lab Digest. Mario D. Gonzalez, MD Program Director of Clinical Electrophysiology, Penn State Heart & Vascular Institute David L. Hayes, MD Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota Dr. Hayes has authored a number of medical publications, including a book entitled Cardiac Pacing and Defibrillation: A Clinical Approach. He served as NASPE President from 1999-2000, and has remained an active participant in the electrophysiology community since then. Warren Jackman, MD University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Dr. Jackman is Professor of Medicine, Cardiovascular Section, at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. His special interests include Heart Rhythm Disorders, Cardiac Arrhythmias, AV Nodal Arrhythmias, and Long QT Syndrome. Alan Kadish, MD Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois Dr. Kadish previously served as Associate Director of the Electrophysiology Laboratory at the University of Michigan. Currently he is the Director of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology at Northwestern University. His clinical interests include catheter ablation, atrial fibrillation, pacemakers, and ICDs. Bradley P. Knight, MD University of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois Dr. Knight is an Associate Professor of Medicine as well as the Director of the Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Section at the University of Chicago.
